Progress report


The player now smoothly turns towards walking direction while not aiming. This little change makes the movement so much more natural than before when the player might have walked long distances backwards or sideways.

New players often don't realize that the containers can be dangerous and end up dying in the explosions. To help with this, I added the regular explosion damage range indicator to badly damaged containers too, so the player knows to stay away. The damage to the player from the container explosion was lowered a bit but it can still be fatal.

I'm planning to add some new weapon modifiers in the next alpha update but there are still many small improvements and fixes on my task list before them. The progress is very slow but steady.
