This is my entry to SuomiGameHub Summer Jam 2025 (jam page in Finnish). The idea was to take a classic Finnish game and make an own version of it in one weekend. I wanted to do something different from what I usually do, so this is true 2D, contains no shooting or violence, and was made in about 15 hours (instead of the usual four years).

This game is inspired by classic Finnish cave flying games from the 90s like Wings, Auts, and Kops and as you might guess from the name, also Housemarque's Resogun (2013).

Control the ship with arrow keys. Push against walls to dig through. Save all the humans as fast as possible. That's it.

You can change the procedural generation seed in the menu to try different levels. Sharing the seed with friends allows you to play the same level and compare times.

I have been using Godot Engine (3.x) for quite a long time but this was my first 2D game project.  I'm quite happy how it turned out. Let me know what you think!

Brilliant little game! Very satisfying. Love the sound that humans make while being picked up haha :-D
